Lighthouse watercolor with illedgible signature

    Does anyone recognize this signature or lighthouse? similarities to Oregon's Yaquina Head or California's Pigeon Point lighthouses on the west coast but loction is unidentified. Looks like circa 1960s-70s. Signed lower right in white. The signature is illegible. Fresh eyes? Any thoughts?
