Light Blue stone sterling ring

Got this baby blue glass or stone on this sterling ring. Never seen a sterling ring like this before, all have been closed, not adjustable being sterling.
Enough of that, anyone know what kind of stone this is ?

Glass, from the look of it. I'm pretty sure I'm seeing bubbles, and those rounded edges are a big clue. The stone is also just cemented in, the way glass often is and stone generally isn't.

 

Unless you have x-ray eyes, I don't see bubbles .

 

It could be a piece of heavily dyed adventurine out to fool me, but odds are better it's glass.

Those lighter coloured spots could indicate bubbles just under the surface.
It looks like glass to me as well.

 

Thirded on glass. Milk, to be precise.
