Library table

    IMG_2124.jpg I inherited a pair of beautiful library tables. I’ve been told they were a wedding present to a relative in 1867, but there is no way to confirm this. Can anyone help me with any information about these tables. One of them is pictured.

    I would have guessed late 1800s. 1870s - 90s. So if you have provenance that it was given to your relatives in 1867, that would fit.

    East Lake style.

    I would say walnut parlor tables rather than library tables. 1867 seems a bit early; I would think more 1880s. Eastlake style as Cluttered said. It's unusual to find two that match perfectly, very nice!

    Agree with Ghopper. Parlor or lamp tables. Also agree with the later date.
