13" diameter and weighs a ton. Bottom of the bowl appears to be hand turned. The side and base are slab built and I assume the pattern is stamped with a wheel. There is a cream under-glaze with a pink over-glaze. Heavily crazed all over. Would think MCM but also get an arts and crafts or secessionist vibe from the pattern. I suppose there is also the possibility that this is very modern. Any ideas?

My first thought was Bitossi but the base is all wrong. And the clay looks wrong for Italian. I think with that age wash it's new.

I also thought Bitossi, but don't get the colour and can't believe it's modern. A curious thing.

Thanks all for your thoughts. The wash on the bottom is what is making me thing possibly newer as well. The clay itself is very white. Yet, I have not seen anything quite like this being produced new to this point.

Are y'all thinking this is artificially aged? <-THAT would be a real eye-opener!

The wash on the bottom and the uniform crackling gives me pause,as well as the pink just doesnt quite look 50's pink,if that makes sense?
