    At least i think they are.
    I saw the box and thought not another knife set, But instead i found this set of six 3" picks with Mother of pearl/shell. Each one is stamped Leppington England
    I was thinking 1930s-1940s ish?

    1920s to 30s, more like. Cocktail sticks and fabulous ones.
