Leather footballs?

We’ve got two (deflated) leather footballs that we really don’t know much about... any ideas on age? Or anything else? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Approx 11” - 11.5” in length

 

The first, with the six uneven stitches and the pinkish hue, looks almost homemade. It might (might) have considerable age.
The second, more brownish one looks like a more professionally-made product, although it's odd there's no trace of a manufacturer name or logo.
This is all pretty far afield from our limited knowledge of sports memorabilia, but there are experts aplenty over at Net54baseball (they cover all sports). Try signing in and asking in this subforum:
