Leather And Turquoise Something

    OK, more than 7 inches in diameter*. So just how big is it? AJ's suggestion seems like a reasonable one. Decorative, to be worn over perhaps a chain collar, the way people tie bandannas on their dogs. The slit would allow for a leash to attach to the collar ring.

    * Misspoke. Circumference. So about 14 inches?

    Just for clarity sake perhaps you could state length/width, as shown in the first picture? (don't include the extra 'bit' on the top)
