I've seen singing bowls here and there, but this big one has the deepest sound I've ever heard from one. Deep, and guttural, and long lasting.

Does it look old to you? Is it Indian?

I'm definitely thinking it's hand made, based on its irregularities.

The only thing I've been able to find for "Jewels of Tibet" is a jewelry shop by that name in Dharamshala, India.

    Thank you for any info.

After the Chinese invasion of Tibet, Dharamsala was offically appointed as the seat of the Tibetan government in exile. It is also where most Tibetan refugees live, and it has a thriving Tibetan culture with many artists and craftspeople.
So I think it is safe to assume it was made by a Tibetan in exile.;)
