Large creepy watercolor - can you read the signature?

    This came with one of the take it all or nothing lots. The woman was hoping I would find out something about it.
    She got it in Worcester, MA.
    Please notice that they have dead birds for hair.

    I looked at many of the paintings in that museum.
    This painting does not look anywhere near as accomplished as any of those I saw.

    It's interesting - one of his paintings sold on ebay at the end of March, 2020, yet it doesn't show up in the completeds on ebay.
