I've looked for letter holder, mail holder, toast holder, etc., but can't find another like it. What is it?
    Unmarked. About 5 3/4" high, x 10" wide, x 7 1/4" deep (at furthest points). Thanks for your time.:) a1.jpg a2.jpg a3.jpg a4.jpg a5.jpg

    Hi,
it is just a small sculpture not to hold anything but useful for that. I am terrified of spiders but I love jewelry made into spiders as well as "sculptures".

Wonderful, thanks Greg, Holly & King! Makes sense, I like the word sculpture the best;).
King, I'm not sure what I'm doing with it yet, but will let you know when I decide.
Greg, I am also terrified of spiders!, but I kind of like this guy.

    Hi,
I remember when I was a tiny tot I trapped a large wobbly looking brown spider about the size of a golf ball. It was in a glass jar and as a kid I shook it. I almost stroked out since the Momma spider was covered with hundreds of tiny baby spiders all over her back , which is why looked like a golf ball.!!!!

You want to know what that brass thing is? Its the stuff of my nightmares tonight...........................

    Thanks...............I think...........

On the other hand, Davey's collection doesn't phase me...........we kept tarantulas when I was a kid - and a 6 foot python..........and we raised mice (in addition to the farm animals, cats, dogs, kennel dogs, etc.)...........can you guess what the mice were for??????

Lemme guess doing clandestine research on these mice. Or making them run in hamster wheels to power a giant rupe Goldberg machine that opens a beer? Let me know if I'm getting close here...
