Large Black Pottery Vase

    Hi, Does this look familiar? It's large - about 12" high x 10" wide. There are no signatures or marks on the bottom. It's really heavy. I am thinking Mexican or South American. Is it older or newer? There's a crack down the side seam, so it's not in perfect shape but I think it still looks nice. Thanks for any ideas.
