    Hello everyone!

While cleaning house and reorganizing, this stand has been my husband’s night stand since before we met. He was going to put it at the curb for the garbage man and I was curious if it had a maker's mark. Now, 3 hours later, I am asking you all for help.
I’ve googled and searched and have found nothing like this anywhere.

Can someone help me before I lose my mind?!

Have you tried using "end table" or "lamp table" in any of your searching? Despite it's use by your husband for a long time, it does not look like a "night stand" or "bedside table" to me.

I’ve searched everything- all phrases and anything it could be called. We found 1 old newspaper article and that’s how we found the style name. It literally exists no where else. No other mentions of it anywhere on the internet and I am one of those people who can find anything online if it’s actually online!!

That serial number appears to be from 1966.

SBSVC is correct. You read the serial number backwards: Aug 5, 1966.

Anyone have any clue what this would be worth or a place in NE Ohio to have it appraised??

Heavy, brown furniture from the 60s is worth very little. Certainly not worth paying for an appraisal. Sorry.

I agree with above. Little interest/little demand and with condition issues. It's the kind of piece that can be painted white without anyone protesting.

Why don't you offer it up as "free" on a local forum? Sure someone would be happy to have and put to use.

In my neck of the woods, if set curbside, it would quickly disappear.
