    Is it for sure Martinez? I don't see the Z. Maybe Martine or Martini?

    Actually, not sure about the letters after Marti..., the N looks more like M to me. Also, the middle initial, D or L?
    Anyways, it looks more like a factory piece to me, but could be some of those tourist type of artists painting the same scape again and again.
    By the way, am I right about the scene being from Italy?

    I do think European. Could be Italy but it doesn't scream so to me unless there is some detail I can't see in this picture. I think the second initial is a D.
