Lamp shape question...?

Hi guys, my wife was given a lamp several years ago and the shape was discarded because it was damaged. The original shape of the shade was flat and fit into a V shaped notch on the front of the lamp. Does anyone know what style shade this is called and where I can get a replacement? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would think a glass craft store could cut you one to fit.
Depends on where you live , and any artisan stores near you...

Art Deco nude lamp that probably had a fan-shaped shade. The shade may have been slag glass.
