    The setting looks tropical and I would guess Mexico or other parts south of there.

    Love the subject matter. It's very pretty and peaceful. Babies and dogs. Two of my favorite things in life.

    The facial features don't look quite Mexican to me but neither Western. I am thinking Mid Eastern or Southeast Asian?
