on July 31st....among other things NA , Maynards in BC will auction a highly sought after genuine signed Kirk Smith sterling and Turquoise bracelet. I've heard it said that the Navajo hold the green stones in high esteem...... but that could just be hearsay..... Due to it being a summer auction I believe this stunner may go well under current market value. For the guy who wants to own one...or the woman who wants to wear one .... it's worth keeping an eye on. .
they will post the weight....... 2 pounds less than a horse.....I think! ( sidebar... my child Dr....ALWAYS told my Mom that when she asked about my weight...... what a prick ! )
Yeah, that's amazing. The turquoise people at my antique mall are always a bit 'more' crazy about the green ones.
Perfectly clean Persian goes for the most on the world market, but the green ones are worth a packet too. I'd bet it's sized for a guy; it would take a fairly hefty human to pull that thing off. Or haul it around.
you'd lose that bet....... .".For the guy who wants to own one...or the woman who wants to wear one" It's lean gal size ....
I have read that Lander Blue is the rarest and most expensive turquoise. Not that Persian isn't fabulous as well! I have a few pieces of Bisbee that I'm very fond of.

Were those come and buy me estimates or did somebody seriously goof? I think #147 has Komo's name all over it, especially with that cold. https://www.maynardsfineart.com/auc...eferredQueryParam=%3FsortValue%3Dprice%2Cdesc
The VP....seriously like to under state the value.....thinking it will draw a crowd..but there are times it makes the place look like they don't understand the market !
