From what I found out these are from 15 volume series with manga(sketches) woodblock prints by Katsushika Hokusai, Published 1814-1878.
    I found mine here http://www.hum2.pref.yamaguchi.lg.jp/sk2/book/gahu2.htm , U150-19

I don't think what I have to be from the original publishing of the books. They just don't have the proper wear to be that old. Should I open the back to check if there is an additional information about the publisher and the issuing year?
There are punched holes that I am thinking may be from binding?
Also, I am trying to figure what is the scene depicting. I was thinking maybe that is Shoki, the Demon Slayer?
    Thanks
