    Let me call in some help for you - @komokwa @bosko69

    My initial guess is Not Authentic.
    These members will know more than I do about these.

    @Taupou .:)

    @AniAnnie , could you post more photos showing the kachina figures in their entirety, as well as base and back please.

    I would say "decorative only." based on the photos, having no idea of what kachinas these are supposed to represent, and the fact that I've never seen authentic kachinas with ears like this!

    They have the look of the infamous "Hopis kachinas" that have been flooding the market on eBay recently, supposedly from "an old German collection."

    They all look like they are from the same factory, with no attempt to identify a specific kachina, all have the same overall fake-aging "patina," and features that are not associated with genuine Hopi work.

    komokwa The Truth is out there...!

    my 1st thought is that they look too evenly distressed ......!

    I agree that the wear patterns seem too consistent-- not enough dings and dents for an old soft-wood carving.

    Are they heavy or light?

    The first one is incredibly odd. Looks like Africa meets Mexico…

    Thank you all for your replies, I really appreciate the input. I don't have them with me, will ask my friend to take more photos. Take good care.
