This isn’t a query but I thought you might like to see this fabulous charger (34cm 13”). It’s perhaps the nicest thing I’ve found for some time.

I’m not religious but it’s a black Madonna and child on a Heutschenreuther porcelain blank.

It’s by Italian artist Arrigo Finzi (1890-1973), 42481CAF-D0FC-4933-8876-591E0E0B7876.jpeg D7A9BCBE-6E9A-4E15-A1F1-E214D88F7FB0.jpeg CA3AD204-3076-40C7-A4D8-7D17E7A364FE.jpeg CA2E581E-50A1-4D23-9A2A-D49AD629C363.jpeg dates to c1960 under the brand Oro Zecchino and it is beautifully done.

It's a beautiful piece of fine artwork. I can't even think of it as a "charger" lol. Is it heavily incised?

No, not a charger. One would hardly plunk a plate on the Virgin Mary's face. It's clearly meant to hang so perhaps... A hanging religious wall plate?
