Hi all. I dont usually do jewelry because I never find a "treasure" and I dont think this is either. That being said,I dig the snake . Its 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 and the only one I found like it was on a Chinese website and we all know about those . I think it might be 1920s during the King Tut craze but thats all I got. I doubt its silver,I thought maybe pewter but no marks to be had. It has almost a goldish tint in the sun,so possibly gold plated at some point Any input is always appreciated.
Nice piece! I think the wings suggest that you've shown it upside down...which would make the symbolism more powerful, I believe.
It looks like "souvenir of Egypt" stuff, or an inspired-by. Snakes, a pyramid, lotus flowers, scarabs etc.
What would that be ? I kinda think I see something there too but under magnification I see scratches?
According to one of the translation sites, this would mean No.3, but I don't think the translation is accurate, as a google search for ا٣لا doesn't give a lot of results, and nothing related to jewelry.
