Japanese Watercolors

    I believe these are both watercolors. Paintings are about 9 x 11 inches, frames about 13 x 15 inches. Any thoughts on these? I imagine only decorative value. I like them with their bright, saturated colors, especially the first one.

    I like them too, drg. I noticed the oriental writing is different on each.

    Yes, I noticed that as well. While similar in style, to me they don't look like they were done by the same artist.

    Agreed, but I have no explanation for the similarities. (not counting the framing of course)
