I can only guess but i have a question,

A black glazed/Matt? 'yakimono chawan' ( japanese tea cup)
Is the black part over glaze or under glaze? Also is the black part glaze (shiny) or Matt?

In english the techbnique is called a non glaze ceramic slip or engobe.
In korean it is a Hakeme Slip. In Japanese it is Nagashigake: Slip trailing.
Tamba pottery has a similar style but i am not sure it is the same backmark. Also Ontoni ware is similar is style and they make Chawan.

Here is a very good index of pictured Japanese Pottery backmarks, it might be in here.
