Japanese? Orchids? Painting on Silk Paper can anyone help with the signature?

So I got this today at the thrift store for 2 dollars figured if nothing else the professioal frame was worth that. I' like to figure out what the stamp says I'm sure it' the artists signature hopefully someone of some significance I did a reverse image search on the signature but nothing came up maybe someone can read it or recognize it?

 

Don't know about the signature, but those are not orchids.

I have been collecting a lot of japanese chinese prints from op shops etc all with chop marks or stamps and spent hours searching online for anything that resembles what I've got I have never found anything to relate to the stamp. Every artist has their own mark and stamps their pictures given how many artists there are the chance of finding a match are pretty minimal good luck chris

 

I was able to translate it using Google translate it came out to San-shitsu or 3 Rooms but that' the best I've come up with since a search on those yielded nothing
