    Empty/not fitted. Can you translate the marks? (The Arabic numerals are interesting) TIA

    A Google images of "Japanese munitions trunk" doesn't show any like these. Would they be 1960s? ... ish?

    We don't know how long the old man has them but he was a collector of guns THANKS!
