Japanese Cloisonne Charger, is this 19th Century?

    Hi all,
    I was hoping to get some dating thoughts on this piece.
    It is 12" diameter.
    Has some damage, Cracks in the enamel and A chunk missing on the back. i paid $30. for it i hope i can get that out of it at least.

    Is that long arcing black line around the cranes and the flowers a scratch or something that can be cleaned off? What about all the black dots on the birds?

    Hoping I'm wrong, but on blowing it up, looking like some serious "damage" to it...those look like pretty deep scratches @Bakersgma is referring to...sad, because the colors are Brilliant!!!

    It is scratched in a circle. Deep scratches too.

    Ok these are cracks!! In a circle. The black dots are age spots. We all get them sooner or later.

    It doesn't look like a 19th century one, it may be inter-war but could also be more recent. Lots of Japanese cloisonne was made in the 50's to the 70's.
