Featured Jadeite/nephrite pendant

I bought this pendant online because it looked well made. I paid 16€ for it.
Now, it just arrived and the bail is at least 18 carat gold, so it's already been a good deal for me.
But can someone help me determine what sort of jadeite/nephrite this is? And which grade?
I have very limited experience with that stone...
For all I know it could also be something else.
I already googled a bit around and the pendant has a nice shiny 'shine', it feels heavy for how big it is, I wont try to scratch it, but since it has a gold bail I suspect it is at least decent something of some sort.
Any thoughts/help is welcome on this one.

It looks like jadeite to me, lovely colour. Maybe mother nature was helped a bit, which is not unusual.

You'd need to look at it through a loup to determine the grade. The particles are visible, so I wouldn't worry about it. I never do anyway, if I like it, I like it.

AJ, I wore it to a bbq this evening. I even chose to wear it over one of my Flemish jewels!
The newest purchase always has my preference

 

Do you know anyone with a gem tester? I have a Presidium and it is very clear for jadeite vs. nephrite.

 

You can also use the visual, if it looks like jadeite, it generally is jadeite. Jadeite has a more glassy look than nephrite.

 

Wonderful, jewellery should be worn. The colour is very 'summery', isn't it.
