    I think the people who know about jade, may need some more photos. The bottom would be good, and some close ups. Please indicate size too. :)

    There seems to be signs of bubbles having popped. Is this possibly resin?
    Others know more about it than I do, so wait for more replies.

    is that a screw mold in the center..?
    fake totem poles will sometimes be molded right down to the screw holding the pole to the base...

    Welcome LJA. How accurate is the color in the photos you're posting? Everything around her looks very yellowed. The shade of green is helpful in diagnosing jade & lookalikes. Different light source may be needed. :)

    I'm seeing resin - green stained and wiped off... I like the unique pedestal and graceful pose...

    I can't say about age - resin doesn't mean junk (but it's not jade, either :))

    I showed the little holes on yours. Those are signs of air bubbles that have popped, indicating resin. Just so you can learn for your future shopping.
    Still a nice statue. :)
