Featured Ivory Necklace

    I recently inherited what I've been told is a ivory necklace.
    My Grandmother was given this from her uncle who used to work in the Birmingham Jewelry Quarter, many years ago!
    I am wondering how I go about getting the date of the necklace verified or even how I go about selling if I can? Its not a piece I would wear.
    I've loaded a picture for reference. The red I believe are Ruby pieces, but again I'm not 100% sure!!

    Ditto.
    Nicely carved and safe, since it isn't ivory. No rubies either imo.
    My guess is 1940s.

    I have to admit I was concerned that it may have been ivory
