What you have is a one hundred percent modern Asian fake. What it wants to be is an early 20th century plate created by Ciulli Ceramica Artistic, owned by Alfredo Ciulli of Florence, circa 1912 to 1930. The company is still in operation today.
The Ciulli mark is incorrect. The words made “Made in Italy” or “Italia” are missing. The Raffaellesco figures crude and incorrectly designed. The numbers are not in the correct European fashion for the era. For example the “7” should have a slanted line through the stem.
