Italian Glass Piece..with Label..Giuli

    Hi all...I have had this for years. Cannot find any info under "Giuli". Hoping someone can help.
    Nice caramel color. White interior. Label on bottom . 5" High. Finger loop handle.

    Any insight will be much appreciated. janette

    Maybe a retailer. There's no doubt there is glass making all across Italy, but it's certainly best known from the north. Calabria is in the south.

    It was made in Empoli, that's a retailer.

    Am I correct in calling it caramel...or is butterscotch a better choice? I know there is a name for this kind of handle..can't recall? and is it considered a vase? Any other good descriptors?

    Caramel looks good for color. The British contingent may be more up on the shapes than I am; they see more of this glass.
