Italian competition medal?

    Got this one today. Seems to be Italian and some kind if competition medal... maybe.
    Anyone seen this before?

    According to Google, Tiro a segno translates to Shooting Gallery in English.

    The Italian silver mark (lower right corner) appears to be from the fascist period, but we need to double check that with a closer view.

    I had conjured up some bizarre ideas related to the image on the side with the writing until I found this out:

    The Capitoline Wolf (Italian: Lupa Capitolina) is a bronze sculpture depicting a scene from the legend of the founding of Rome. The sculpture shows a she-wolf suckling the mythical twin founders of Rome, Romulus and Remus.

    The lady lounging on a lion on the obverse carries the attributes for Fortune & Fame. Nice medal.
