Is this the same man in both photo's, I'm not sure

    I think so... looking at ears' size and placement, mouth lines, head shape, nose and chin, body conformation.

    I don't know if this is helpful or not. I found another example of the first photo and then flipped it and put it side by side.

    I still think it's the same guy. The ear lobe flows right into the jaw... the chin is just more tucked in the second pic. Only thing that bothers me is the nape hairline... maybe he got a haircut in the second!
