    14k and diamonds but teeny at 5/8” long. What is this?

    Great find Gauntlet ! There's been so many ribbons created since Tony Orlando & Dawn's song-Your guess is as good as any.You might contact the American Cancer Society or The Discovery Shop and see what they think.

    Sort of/kind of the ribbon part resembles it, but not really with the "scissors" handle above, to my way of thinking......UNLESS the above part might be just where a chain for a necklace might go through.......................
