    Hi,
I concur about it being Rookwood. I am not near my books to give you the exact age.

Picture of the mark is too small to count the flames, but if I read Lehner's mark examples correctly, the XXIX (29 in Roman numerals) should stand for 1929.

There is one on worthpoint, from Rago, but that doesn't really count as a reference. They call it an owl jardiniere.

Link? I could not find it. Rago should be an authoritative source.

Interesting that they specifically call the vase Rookwood but not the owl......

O.K. The only reason I can think of to get a membership is to see sold prices. You can look at the listings for free and often find useful information. This thread is from Dec. 2018.

The two free weeks has often been tempting, so I appreciate the warning.
