IMG_2298.jpeg I returned home with this from today’s car boot outing. It’s very nicely painted on silk and I’m trying to find what the subject is. I imagine that it is a scene from Hindu scripture but the only blue god I’ve found is in depictions of Shiva and Parvati but I’m not convinced this is them.

One similar states that it is Krishna and Gopikas in the Garden of Love.

The Gopi (milkmaid) with Krishna is usually Radha, his favourite.

Blue skin generally means Krishna. In one of the Krishna myths he was poisoned, turning his skin blue.

I can't find any car trunk sales in our neck of the woods, some parts of the nation must have them. They sound like a blast.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I've seen a few people people sell items out of their car trunks at some outdoor flea markets in the Midwestern U.S. Seems uncommon, though.
