Is this an International Silver Co. pattern?

Hello again,
I'm always gratefull for all the help that's given here.
I need to ask for more if possible. This fork was in a lot of sterling I bought. I THINK I IDed the maker. I believe the knights helmet over an S is the International Silver Co.?
IF it is, I could not find the pattern.
Does anyone recognize it?

LOL. I was having a deja vu moment there. I identified this pattern for someone over on eBay maybe 2 weeks ago.

Turns out it was here, not on eBay and late October. My, how time flies.

 

A friend and I were discussing a murder case from a while ago,and Id have bet my life it was 2-3 years ago. Nope,it was 9 years ago ! Ive now taken to qualifying any memory with " I THINK" .
