    Some expert guys said that it was plated, because it says steel back.

    My 9ct gold watch has a steel back, that's not uncommon.
    Have you opened it up to see if it's marked?
    How about posting a photo of the front?

    Never heard of the brand, which means little, but it looks like a steel band from here. No hallmarks on the back usually indicates "no joy" on pieces this new. The old ones...you never know.
