Is it Arabian bowl?

Hello, recently i,ve bought this really old plate and im really curious about its origins or age but i cant find any infromation about it on google, so if you know something about this please write about it on coments, i would be very thankfull

It's written in Arabic, from the looks. The colour palette is rather Iznik, but it doesn't look quite right for Turkish, can't quite put my finger on it, the perched bird is used in Iranian work along with other Islamic regions. I doubt it is particularly old from the style, probably 2nd half of the 20th century.
