Featured Is "clown foot girl" a wall mounted money box??

    Weird little thing. Got huge clown feet as well as a flat back with a hole presumably for wall mounting and a large slot on top of her hat. Unless there is something that plugs into the slot then she is possibly a money box. Made in Japan and is 13.7cm (5.4") high and the slot is 2.3cm x 0.8cm.
    Any ideas??

    I think for small scissors. Maybe sewing scissors.
    Not sure what her feet held unless it was for thimbles or thread.
