    Going on the assumption that this vase would be in the category of old stretch glass, a quick search comes up with some key words that might help.

    The color name: Persian Pearl
    A general search for: White Carnival Glass.

    A Stretch Glass Vase search is tedious, there are tons of swung glass vases erroneously labelled as stretch glass.

    Maybe someone has books and can find the shape for you.

    That vase looks like some sort of Stretch Glass, but I don't think it is American made. For Stretch Glass info, Dave Shelter [bugdoc] is the main man.
