Introduction

Hi,

I have recently acquired a load of vintage and antique items and it has always been an interest of mine. I'm really trying to make sure that all this stuff goes to a good home. Sincerely, not about making money. Just love the thought of things that were deemed "rubbish" going to people who love them. I'm learning as I go along and I thought this would be a good place to enquire about some of the oddities I'm trying to investigate.

I live in the UK and am a life-long junk hunter and hoarder. Really looking forward to making international links with like-minded people. Also writing a book on why we do this! Feel free to send me your stories!

Welcome! For me it is about the thrill of the chase since you never know what you might find at that next sale or shop. Honestly lots of us are hoarders with limits, instead of collecting newspapers and empty milk jugs we hoard "better" items.
