    Hi,
This item came with a lot i recently purchased at auction.
I think it is stainless steel and not worth anything... however
I'm interested in finding out what it is.
Maybe surgical or an early tattoo piece.
    Any suggestions most welcome
    Dave

Hi, Dave, and welcome! I've taken the liberty of reposting your photograph as Full Image so it's easier for everyone to see. You'll want to remember to do that in the future. (And not to worry. All new members use Thumbnail instead in their first few posts.)

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

And here I was thinking a fancy 'scribe' of some sort!! Looks like the middle one from @say_it_slowly's link is it without the 'point'!!

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Welcome, @Dave Ashcroft ! Interesting that there is such a nice case for a champagne tap or spigot.

Welcome Dave & much thanks to Debora to being one of our quickest members (fast & accurate m'lady).
The word 'Trocar' does have a surgical sound to it (?).
