Interesting Print Pencil Notation. Artist? Paul Klee?

I'm wondering about this artwork. It seems like it has handwriting in pencil at the bottom below the print. It is also higher quality, and wondering what method was used to produce it.

It has a "PK" type image in the fourth image, although not sure that is what it's supposed to be.

It is 18" by 17".

 

Lower right corner has an artist monogram of PD just above the Copyright symbol. I don't see a PK in the 4th image.

 

Are you planning to change out the mat? It really needs it.

It looks like it needs a cleaning as well as a new matt.
