I have a silver goblet with some inscription on the bottom. Image attached.
It seems like the word МЙО, and a face looking on the number 84. From what I read 84 means silver zolotnick purity standard.
What I'm intersted is is the origin of the item and perhaps time of manufactuing.
    Thanks

Welcome pinto. These are often referred to as kiddush cups.
From what I can see of the mark it is an 1896-1908 mark for 84 zolotniki. The origin is Russian of course, but for information on a maker and where it was assayed, a close up of the marks would be great.

I can't read the smaller letters in the rectangle, but someone else may be able to, otherwise a sharper image closer in might be helpful:

Definitely Russian, 19th century, or very early 20th century. Pre-revolutionary. Likely a Kiddish cup or a vodka shot-glass or something of that nature. Very cute.

Also, I don't think this would count as a "goblet". Most people would probably call it a "beaker" or "tumbler".
