I just snagged 8 old fashioned and 8 highballs for a total of $25 at a yard sale :O)

 

I've found one or two or those in my travels. Very desirable. Well done!

Really? I've got RL sheets on the bed, bought twenty years ago, dirt cheap, in Savannah.

 

Some not all RL sheets, bear, you would have to check sold listings on eboo.

They're the Egyptian cotton 400 thread count though, roses, and wash like a dream.

 

hmmm - there are different marks on the old fashioned rocks glasses - four have a RLL mark and four have the entire name spelled out....

I did glasses in pairs when I sold my Culver. It weighs less and is less of a sticker shock to buyers. In the end I sold them all, but in pairs. So I made more money.
Mine fit in a medium flat rate box too so that saved money.

 

That is Awesome. I have 8 old fashioned, 8 highballs, 8 champagne, 8 wine , and 8 shot glasses. A gift from my parents for a custom bar I had made, that I no longer have. I honestly never thought they were that collectible

Found a set of these,6 glasses and a decanter,at a thrift for around $30 about 10 years ago (I may have asked about them on here actually) and ended up giving them to a friend with a booth in an antique mall who split what he made with me. I want to say he gave me like $100 but I really dont remember. If you watch Yellowstone they use these very glasses !

 

Maybe that is why they are so popular johnny. I never heard of them before, but RL had a line of sheets and pillowcases with a very similar name. Now maybe I will watch some of Yellowstone.

Oh and if anyone has just one of these kind of popular glasses, you can sell it as a replacement glass. I did that with my Culver glasses too.

 

This is about killing me. We used to specialize in these RL sheets and these designs. Gotta have some somewhere here, right?

 

I have a set of them SOMEWHERE in this house NIB. I think I got them at a yard sale a few years ago. Ryan loved anything Ralph Lauren. I'll have to dig them out. We never had enough space in the kitched cabinets to use them.

 

Ralph homegoods sell like crazy. I scored Waterford this week, a set of 8, that would retail for less than those RL glasses. Weird but true.

They were cheap as anything in a sale shop in Savannah!

 

I sold a RL tablecloth for an unG'dly sum of money last year. My friend gave it to me after she went to an estate sale.I gave her some perfume I found at a sale.
RL linens etc are definitely something you all should be on the look out for at sales if you want to resell them. I think some of his men's cologne also sells well.
