    Hello all,
I purchased both of these small 5" x 7". not including frames.
What I have learned so far,
    Vincent Pogacar 1929-1997.
Came to California from New York in the 1970s to paint and teach.
Exhibited 70s and 80s California and Nevada
Both of these are dated 1979.
I paid $15.00 USD for the pair.

I'm also trying to confirm the identity of the Lighthouse. I think it's either Pigeon point, or Point Arena. Any information appreciated
    Thanks

There's not much information on this artist on the internet. Given that and the look of his work, I suspect they were painted for commercial purposes. The painting doesn't appear to depict either of those lighthouses. I think it's a fantasy piece.

Your example above is very dramatic, isn't it?

Yes Dramatic is the perfect word for that one.
