Impressionistic pastel landscape - signature help?

Got this at what I consider a bargain today - It's behind glass, the frame is definitely not very old (I'm sure it cost way more to mat and frame this than I forked out) and and I don't think the artwork is either... but perhaps someone here recognizes the signature. One can hope! The frame is 2 inches deep, the mat is 1/4 inch thick I think. The unusual thing is that is inside a wood inner frame which is then inside the metal outer frame, making it quite heavy. The artwork itself is 21 1/2" square. The frame is 28" square.

Agree... someone spent a lot of money on the wrong frame. Doesn't fit this scene at all.

 

Funny... Strongly disagree re frame (and matting.) Perfect for piece, perfect for period.

JMHO, but Impressionistic is not what I would call this, modern yes

 

I recognize the birds, but what's with the 6, and B, and 0-1, floating about? And I think the frame works very well for that piece.

Good question - I took all the little flittering thingamabobs in the air to perhaps be insects flying around above the field?

You are again quite amazing with your internet searches! Could be...definitely not ruling her out. The sig is fairly similar and she also uses the copyright symbol at the end...style isn't too far off.
