Just wondered if anyone might be able to identify the maker & age of this glass piece? I think it might be a spooner. It is about 4" tall and about 3.5" across the top. Appears as if it has 4 seams down the sides. Has lost a lot of it's gilding - probably completely gilded at top & bottom. Has that "starburst" indent in the bottom of the piece. ANy info greatly appreciated. THANKS
