    You should take some photos in better light. Daylight would be good. Its face too.

    Hi, Christine, and welcome! I've taken the liberty of reposting your photograph as Full Image so it's easier for everyone to see. As above though, better quality photographs would be helpful.

    Also do tell us... How did you get your bear? And what were you told about it?
