My neighbors asked me to look up the value of something they have. I believe it's bronze cuz that's what he said it was and it's heavy. They used to buy and sell antiques and they were wondering if it was worth any value and I can't even find it online it's either Cupid or an angel carrying a doctor's bag Maybe. I was just wondering if someone can help me identify it please and thank you

    For value, try Skinners.;)

I can't say if it's bronze , or patinated bronze spelter , but here's the direction you should look towards...

    Auguste Moreau , 1834 - 1917 , French.. ..or better yet " After Auguste Moreau " !

You give no clue as to it's size or where you are......but from here it doesn't look like it has the finesse of his original work.

On the other hand, there are 50 ways to leave your lover. Maybe he decided to cut & run! :coldfeet:

I didn't "catch" anything. ;) So what is zamak? I'm still clueless. Is that the word for "spelter" in another language?
